Activate the annual PRO plan and start the import.

Open the dedicated page and register with your email and password.
Make sure the annual plan is selected, because the import is included only there.
Complete the payment and enter all the required information.
After payment, you will be redirected to a form to fill out. Enter the correct details: if you have any doubts or notice an error, contact support@flazio.com immediately.

After purchase, the team takes charge of the copy.
The information is sent to our systems, which will copy your website to Flazio.
One of our operators will contact you to show you the copy of your website.
Check the copy sent by our operator and confirm it.
We estimate the copy takes about 5 to 7 business days.
How to connect your domain
Log in to Flazio.com and follow these steps to connect your domain correctly to the website.
When you log in, a popup will ask you to enter your domain.
Click on “I am the owner” and choose whether you prefer DNS or Transfer.
With Transfer, enter the auth code you need to request from your current provider. With DNS, configure the records shown on this page.
Allow a few hours for DNS and up to 7 days for the transfer.

Here you can see the difference between the two options and the data to use to complete the connection.
You move the domain management to Flazio and use the auth code from your current provider.
The domain stays where it is and you connect only the website by configuring the DNS records.

When you access the platform, you can enter the auth code directly on Flazio.com to start the domain transfer.
Remember:

Email configuration
With DNS, email remains active. With transfer, it is recreated.
- If you point the DNS: emails continue to work normally.
- If you transfer the domain: log in to
flazio.com, open the settings gear on the right, go to Email, click Create new email, and enter email and password. - Access immediately: use
mail.flazio.comfor webmail.

The website copy is completed within about 7 business days.
Any additional timing may depend on the domain phase.
Can I keep the domain?
Yes, the domain always remains your property.
You can choose whether to transfer it to Flazio or leave it where it is and connect it via DNS.
Will the email stay active?
Yes, it depends on the choice you make for the domain.
If you point the DNS, the emails continue to work normally.
If you transfer the domain, the emails must be reconfigured. In this case, it is recommended to make a backup before the transfer.
Why do my emails stop working after the domain provider changes and how can I configure them?
It is normal for emails to stop working temporarily when the domain provider is changed.
This happens because email configurations, such as DNS records and mailboxes, are not transferred automatically and must be set up again.
To reactivate your email, log in to your Flazio account and follow these steps:
- Go to the menu on the left
- Click on Site Management, with the gear icon
- Select Email
- Click Add email account
At this point you can recreate the same email address you used before.
If the mailbox was connected to other services, such as mail clients, apps, or CRM tools, it will need to be configured again manually, because the previous settings are not kept automatically.
You can also access your email immediately through webmail at mail.flazio.com.
If you want to configure your email on a mail client, such as Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail, use these parameters.

In some cases, it may be necessary to wait for DNS propagation, up to about 24 to 48 hours, before everything works correctly.
Can I see the website before it goes live?
Yes, you will receive a preview version of the website.
You will be able to review it and request any changes before publication.
Do I need to delete my current website?
No, it is recommended to keep it active.
You can decide to disable it only after the new website on Flazio is online and verified.
Can I edit the website after the import?
Yes, after publication you can edit the website independently.
You can update texts, images, pages, and content directly from the editor.
What do I need to do after payment?
You do not need to do anything.
You will receive a communication when the website copy is ready.
What happens if my provider does not allow DNS changes?
In some cases, for example with Wix, it is not possible to change the DNS.
In these situations, the domain will need to be transferred.
